How do I supply my artwork?
Our system is fully automated PDF workflow therefore we print what you upload. Please ensure your artwork is a high resolution PDF, with the standard 3mm bleed and crop marks. The system only allows you to upload one PDF per print job therefore all pages must be contained within the one PDF. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for low resolution images or PDFs of the wrong size being uploaded.

What paper stocks do you use?
All the paper we buy is perfect and fully guaranteed, we don't use clearance stock. In fact our stock gloss and silk papers are all triple coated and FSC guaranteed. This premium quality paper shows off our 200 line screen print to the best effect.
Similarly, we only use premium uncoated papers. The quality of these papers can vary drastically, but to operate at maximum efficiency, we only use papers we know we can rely on.
We have an account with all paper merchants, so we can obtain any branded paper that you may specify. Where alternatives are more cost effective we will suggest these and supply you with samples.
If you are unsure which paper grade and weight to use we are happy to help specify it with you and can always supply a plain paper dummy, so that you are sure of what you'll be receiving.

How can I be sure of your print quality?
We want the print we do to be of the highest quality, we want it to jump off the page at you! This is why we run at 200 line screen minimum as standard on triple coated papers. This ensures your print is of the finest detail. It also means we have to keep our machines in tip-top condition as it is a very demanding process.
We have the very latest folding equipment which ensures your job is accurately folded throughout the run. Our stitcher has cameras on each feeder which scan every section to give us complete confidence in the sequence and orientation of your brochures.
